The Regular Meeting of the Hopkins County Fiscal Court was held at Hopkins County Government Center and was called to order by Hopkins County Judge Executive, Donald E. Carroll.   Invocation was given.   Roll call was taken and a quorum was established with all Magistrates being present.

Judge Executive Donnie Carroll presented Sam Denny with a ten year service award for his service at the Hopkins County Jail.

Judge Executive Donnie Carroll presented Jessica Watts with a five year service award for her service at the Hopkins County Clerk's Office.

Judge Executive Donnnie Carroll presented Tiffany Jones with a five year service award for her service at the Hopkins County Sheriff's Department.
