In 2014, Hopkins County Fiscal Court in cooperation with Hopkins County Tourism and several private individuals worked together and constructed the West Kentucky Archery Complex at 3100 Grapevine Road.  The 18,000 square foot building is the largest building dedicated to archery in the State of Kentucky.  The need for such a facility was great, as there are over 500 children participating in the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) in Hopkins County and increasing every year.  Archery is the fastest growing sport in the United States, and Hopkins County is fortunate to have two National Champion individuals and two Team National Champions.
